Your digital voucher code will be sent via email and will also be available from your Loading Bay account. Physical vouchers are not available but you will receive a printable version if you wish to give it as a gift.
Your vouchers are refundable for 14 days after purchase and are non-refundable after this period.
All vouchers admit one participant only. A voucher for multiple sessions cannot be used for more than one participant to enter at once.
Vouchers are valid for 18 months after purchase.
Vouchers can only be exchanged for the stated product and have no monetary value.Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers.
All vouchers are single-use only unless stated otherwise.
We ask that all Under 16's wear a helmet at all times when in the skatepark. These can be hired from reception.
All Under 16s MUST have a waiver completed by a parent or guardian. This can be filled out as part of the signup process. The minimum age of use for the park is 6. Under 10s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
